2026 年在 X 上涨粉的实操指南(英文干货)
这是给英文读者的一篇(中文版起号流程见博客另一篇)。增长 = 曝光 × 主页转化率 × 留存,三个都要抓。
Profile: your conversion surface
Reach means nothing if visitors do not follow. Before posting more, fix: avatar (a face beats a logo), name with a keyword ("Tudou | X Growth"), bio that states what followers get, and a pinned post that answers "who are you and why should I care". Treat your profile like a landing page — because it is one.
Content: pick structures, not moods
The five formats that still work: listicles, before/after contrast, build-in-public day logs, data findings, and specific questions. Rotate them. Every post needs: a first line that stands alone, at least one concrete number or noun, and one clear desired action (retweet / reply / bookmark).
Replies: the zero-cost growth engine
A new account has no reach. The fastest path is the reply section of mid-size accounts (1k–10k followers) in your niche: write replies more thoughtful than the original posts. People click through to your profile; the pinned post converts them. Thirty focused replies a week beat a hundred posts into the void.
Rhythm: consistent slots, human intervals
New accounts: 2–3 posts/day. Growing: 3–8. Established: 8–15. Keep time slots roughly consistent (your audience learns when you post) but intervals irregular (perfectly on-the-hour bursts read as machine behavior to the risk system). Batch-write everything in one session, then schedule it — decouple writing from publishing.
The 30-day checklist
- Day 1: profile as a landing page (avatar, keyword name, bio, pinned post)
- Days 2–7: 2–3 posts/day, one niche, mix of the five formats
- Days 8–20: 30 thoughtful replies/week on mid-size accounts; no link spam
- Days 21–30: measure which slots get the best early engagement; move scheduling to a tool; spend saved time in the comments
- Day 30 checkpoint: 3+ posts clearly outperforming = double down; even but slow growth = fix the profile; nothing landing = change angle
What not to do
Buy followers on day one. Post 20 times chasing trends. Post links without native posts. Post in bursts then disappear for a week. Each of these trains the algorithm to ignore you.
Tooling
Once your rhythm is proven, the bottleneck becomes time: a desktop scheduler that queues your .txt captions and media into X's official queue buys back the hour you spend clicking Post. (Shameless plug: that is what we build — https://huikou.fun/ea/. Free trial, no password required.)
Growth is boring: profile × niche × rhythm × replies. Do those four for 30 days before touching anything else.
